As part of our Major Projects team, we are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to provide strong safety leadership across site operations. Reporting to the Project / Site Manager, you will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and positive safety culture across all work fronts. The Role This is a senior, site-based leadership position responsible for maintaining robust HSE systems and supporting operational delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct and report audits against ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 Develop reports, risk assessments, SWMS, procedures and compliance documentation Deliver training, toolbox talks and coaching to supervisors and workforce Provide visible safety leadership and influence across all levels Monitor SHEQ performance trends and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Lead and facilitate ICAM investigations, ensuring practical, improvement-driven outcomes About You – Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE / SHEQ role within construction, mining or renewable energy projects Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (Diploma or higher desirable) Cert IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116 or equivalent) – essential ICAM Investigator accreditation with proven facilitation experience Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 systems Demonstrated ability to lead investigations, audits and workforce engagement initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills Australian or NZ Citizen / Permanent Resident Current Australian Driver’s Licence Why Join GenusPlus?
